The only problem with velcro is it's probably one of the noisiest materials ever made by man

Comic Quinlan wears a standard MOLLE vest which would have two clips at the front and a zipper underneath. Once you'd come up very close to him and slowwwwly unclipped each one (starting with the topmost, of course), you could then get to the zipper, the sound of which would counterpoint his purr...

And then you would know what's underneath that hoodie.
