Welcome: Rules and Regs.

Hello!

If you're reading this, you're probably thinking of joining us. Then again, perhaps you already have.

This forum will be manned by Strain fans from all over the fandom. It's purpose serves to build a sort of community where people can come to chat, debate, rant, and share their fanwork. We aim for an open environment where people of all different types and opinions can come to hang out. Please feel free to have a look around!

If you do decide to join us, please bear in mind that there will be a few ground rules. They're subject to change as we grow in to a community:

1. Flaming. It's human to disagree, and conflict can be expected. But any type of flaming, where one member is made to purposefully feel uncomfortable or otherwise harassed will not be tolerated.

2. Fanfiction, fanart, and other fan creations are not to be reposted/copied in any way without the author's explicit permission. This goes for all copyrighted works as well. Remember: always source your posts/blogs/whatevers.


3. Inappropriate content. The Strain verse is not a lollipops and gumdrops place. Bearing that in mind, please be aware to other people's sensitivities. This extends beyond sexually explicit content to encompass issues with racism, profanity, or any type of media/language which seeks to shame or otherwise bring harm to others.

...That being said, there is an 18+ subforum available for smut fanworks/discussion upon request to one of the admins/mods.

Using the above ground rules, if anything becomes an issue, mods/admins will work to resolve it.
